  • Thoughts on Today’s Verse…

Although we humans were created by God and are enjoying all things He created, we don’t know the Creator. However, God doesn’t forsake us. He issued the law through Moses to lead us, personally became flesh to serve as a sin offering for us and was crucified to redeem us, so that we can be removed from the condemnation of the law and freely live before God. It’s really hard to express in words how great God’s love is. Yet what have we humans repaid Him for? When God personally came into the world to save man, those people believing in Jehovah for years didn’t acknowledge that He was Christ, the Messiah, but instead, they crucified Him alive because He didn’t keep the law. In the current age, we often stress that the Lord Jesus served as a sin offering for the sake of mankind’s sin and He loves mankind, but no one is willing to spend and suffer for God. We want reward for our little price, and if our efforts are not commended by the Lord, we will complain. … Therefore, we can make it here today and stand before God, which is not because we love God, but because of God’s great forbearance and patience.
