Thoughts on Today’s Verse…

These words of the Lord Jesus give me boundless faith and strength. Thinking about the things God has done from the time of creation until today, which thing man thought impossible couldn’t be done by God? Abraham had his son at the age of a hundred. Israelites crossed the Red Sea and saw God giving them living water from a rock. Jericho collapsed of itself. The Lord Jesus fed five thousand people with five loaves and two fish and resurrected Lazarus, and so on. These facts all show us that as soon as God speaks, His words become reality. God uses words to achieve all. God’s omnipotence is unfathomable to us.

My Prayer…

O God! You are omnipotent God. We are only dust and small creatures. We are powerless, but You are almighty. I'm willing to rely on You and look up to You and put my all in Your hands. Amen.
